Department: Human Resources
Reports to: CEO
Role Summary: Manages recruitment, employee records, HR policies, and staff welfare to support a growing and dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment, onboarding, and orientation for new staff.
- Maintain up-to-date employee files and contracts.
- Implement HR policies and ensure staff compliance.
- Coordinate performance reviews and training initiatives.
- Manage leave records, disciplinary issues, and HR reporting
- BA Degree in Human Resources, Management, or related field.
- 2+ years in HR roles, preferably in a fast-paced or tech-driven company.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Ethiopian labor laws.
