• From recognized university Second degree in Economics, Management, Business Management ,Business Administration, Management Information System, Computer Science, information Technology, Information Science or other related fields of study 
• 7/6 years related work experience, of which 2 years in a managerial position (s). OR
• From recognized university, college First degree in Economics ,Management, Business Management, Business Administration, Management Information System, Computer Science Information Technology, Information Science or other related fields of study 
• 9/8 years related work experience, of which 3/2 years in a managerial position (s).
