Head Nurse, Ward /1/ and ER /1/

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manages and leads the assigned Unit.

• Ensure optimum quality patient care service delivered. 

• Manage and provide basic and comprehensive nursing guidance and care based on the approved nursing process.

• Communicate effectively within the team, participate in motivating and supporting team 

• Ensures confidentiality of care and provides relevant information to the healthcare team.

• Ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulations.

• Prepare reports and documents needed under the unit handled.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation. 

• Performs all related duties as required.

Salary 

• Negotiable 

Qualification Requirement

• BSC Degree in Nursing from locally or foreign accredited institutions.

Work Experience 

• Minimum of two years’ experience in similar role.
• Special Knowledge & Skill 
• Proficiency in the use of computer
