Yekatit Paper Converting PLC is an established printing and paper converting company primarily engaged in the production of packaging and printing items. The Company is looking for professionals with vibrant track records and invites eligible applicants for the following vacant positions.                                                                                                                         

BA degree in Management, Business Management, Personnel Management, Public Administration, Business Administration with relevant work experience.    

2 years and above relevant work experience

Skills  

• Ability to prioritize and have excellent organization skills.

• Maintain and enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
   
• Manage all service contracts with service-providing companies and vendors including insurance companies, garages, security and cleaning companies, etc.
   
• Monitor the location of vehicles using the GPS platform, creating reports on location, idle time, and speeding alerts;
   
• Prepare fuel consumption and vehicle cost analysis report on a monthly basis and submit to the department office;
