Finishing Work Forman
Location: Project Sites
Basic Salary: ETB 30,000.00

Job Description:

Supervise and manage all finishing work activities, including plastering, painting, tiling, ceiling and false ceiling, flooring, and other interior/exterior finishing tasks.

Ensure that finishing work meets the highest quality standards and design specifications.

Coordinate with other foremen, engineers, and architects to ensure seamless integration of finishing work with other construction phases.

Monitor the use of materials and equipment to minimize waste and ensure cost-effectiveness. –

Conduct quality inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.
Qualifications: Bsc/Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering or Architecture from any Technical vocational school, college or university
Experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in high-quality finishing work
Language Requirement: Proficiency in Afan Oromo and Amharic
