Job Purpose:

The Financial Analyst at Infomind Solutions PLC will be responsible for analyzing financial data, preparing reports, and supporting strategic financial planning. This role plays a key part in enabling data-driven decisions, budgeting accuracy, and financial performance evaluation across the company.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data to assess performance and trends.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and dashboards.
• Support business units with financial insights and recommendations.

2. Budgeting and Forecasting

• Assist in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
• Monitor budget adherence and highlight variances with actionable insights.
• Support the preparation of financial plans aligned with business objectives.

3. Cost & Profitability Analysis

• Perform cost-benefit analysis and profitability assessments.
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and operational efficiencies.
• Support pricing, investment, and resource allocation decisions.

4. Data Management & Financial Modeling

• Develop and maintain financial models for scenario analysis and decision support.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business and financial data.

5. Compliance & Internal Controls

• Ensure all analysis and reporting comply with internal policies and external regulations.
• Support audit processes and provide necessary documentation and explanations.
• Assist in enhancing financial procedures and internal control systems.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CFA (preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in financial analysis, planning, or reporting roles.
• Proficient in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP/financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
