Finance officer

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia 

Department : Finance 

Reports to: Finance Head

Job’s General Objective-

Contributes to the success of Hulegeb Online solution(The organization) by providing reliable financial report to stakeholders, ensuring compliance with government rule and regulations pertaining to financial matters, and ensuring internal and external customer satisfaction.

Key  Responsibilities

• Check the accuracy of payroll and recording.
• Record and analyze company revenue
• Direct and follow up the preparation and declaration of taxes and tax return.
• Check and analyze cost of sale
• Follow up foreign purchase and check cost buildup
• Check the reconciliation of stock account with main general ledger
• Ensure the  financial recording based on proper source documents
• Follow up staff debtor account ad report the outstanding balance monthly
• Check detail schedule of fixed asset.
• Ensure the documents and work sheets are properly field for future reference.
• Performs other related duties as required.

Finance Officer  Requirements and Qualifications

• BA Degree- Accounting Business Administration, Economics, Business Management    
• 3 Years  previous experience in Accounting
