Key Responsibilities

• Scan & Photocopy different documents.
   
• Attached files in on base system all scan documents
   
• Checking approval invoices for payment
   
• Scan and attached transport documents in FFL system
   
• Assist the admin when on leave
   
• Deliver transport invoices after approval for finance
   
• Undertaking any other duties which may be requested by the line manager.
   
• Comply with the company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
   
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications & Experience

• Advance Diploma in a business-related fields.
   
• 2 years of experience as a documentation officer in a Logistics Company.

• Problem Solver

• Ability to work to tight deadlines.

• Ability to work as a team to a common goal
