Job Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Encoder C Reporting Analyst to join our team. This role is critical for collecting, organizing, and reporting on key inventory, sales, and reconciliation data. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to generate insightful reports that support data-driven decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Data Collection and Entry

  • Accurately gather, validate, and input inventory, sales, and reconciliation data into the company’s database systems.

  • Maintain updated records and ensure data integrity by performing regular data audits.

• Data Analysis and Reporting

  • Generate and analyze reports on inventory levels, sales performance, and reconciliation metrics.

  • Identify trends, variances, and key insights from data to inform inventory and sales management strategies.

  • Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports for management and relevant stakeholders.

• Reconciliation and Inventory Tracking

  • Perform inventory reconciliations by comparing records across systems, identifying discrepancies, and suggesting corrections.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist in forecasting to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.

  • Coordinate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of sales and inventory data.

• Data Quality Assurance

  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of data in all reports and databases.

  • Develop and implement quality checks to improve data accuracy and reliability.

• Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline data entry and reporting processes.

  • Collaborate with IT and operations teams to automate repetitive tasks and improve data workflows.

• Support and Training

  • Provide training to staff on data entry best practices and report interpretation.

  • Act as the main point of contact for inquiries related to data reporting and reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of working experience.

• Proven experience in data entry, reporting, or a related analytical role.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, databases, and other data entry software.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reporting.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
