At Green Niche Trading PLC, we are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is passionate about stationery, detail-oriented, and eager to create memorable experiences for our customers. In this role, you will assist shoppers with product recommendations, handle transactions, and maintain a tidy, inviting store atmosphere. Ideal candidates thrive in fast-paced environments, possess strong communication skills, and have a passion for stationery and design in a dynamic retail setting.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist customers with custom orders to help them find products 
  • Offer expert advice on product features 
  • Process purchases, returns, and exchanges efficiently 
  • Stay informed about new arrivals, trending stationery brands, and specialty items 
  • Handling small-scale printing services and basic troubleshooting for in-store printing services 
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout. Restock shelves and assist with inventory management 
  • Promote loyalty programs, seasonal promotions, and upsell complementary items 
  • Work closely with team members to achieve daily sales goals and contribute to a positive, creative work environment.

Qualifications and Skills:                 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Accounting, Business, Communications, or related field 
  • 1+ year of working experience in preferably in printing services, or related sectors 
  • Experience in handling small-scale printing services 
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with print production processes and terminology 
  • Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills
