We are looking for vibrant BUSINESS MANAGERS who have the knowledge & experience on managing IMPORT & RETAIL BUSINESS of one or more of the items below.

1. Aluminium profiles & Glasses 
2. Steel profiles, hollow sections, sheets & Rebar 
3. Cement & Gypsum 
4. Bitumen & Road accessories 
5. Floor Finishes & Wall Finishes
6. Ceiling Finishes, Roofing & Insulation
7. Construction chemicals, additives & Adhesives
8. Electrical fixtures & supplies
9. Generators, pumps 
10. Sanitary, Plumbing materials, Fire & security items
11. HVAC Items
12. Other construction finishing materials

Skills required:

·  Strong verbal and written Communication & Interpersonal Skills, Collaboration Skills
·  Successful track record in B2B & B2C sales
·  Negotiation & Persuasion skills
·  Initiative and good decision-making skills
·  Project Management Skills
·  Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
·  Market  Research & Strategy
·  IT Proficiency, Computer Skills, Microsoft Office, Email communication
·  Strong organizational skills

Applicant should:

· Have general experience at least for 10 years in their specialty (of which specific job experience in managing sales & marketing roles for 5 years).

· Have the knowledge & experience on Sourcing, Product specifications, Consumer perspectives, Major market players, Costing, and Price trends of the market in his/herarea of business.
