  • Brand Strategy & Positioning:
    • Develop and implement clear and consistent brand campaigns and year-round marketing campaigns which aligns with the companyโ€™s goals, vision, and market needs.
    • Oversee the execution of brand positioning, messaging, and communication strategies that resonate with target consumers.
    • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to adapt and refine brand strategies.
  • Creative:
    • Lead the creative development of marketing campaigns, from concept to execution, ensuring that all materials reflect the brandโ€™s values and resonate with consumes with a strong focus on Tiktok and in-store activities.
    • Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and production teams to deliver high-quality, innovative brand content across all channels (TV, digital, print, social media, etc.).
    • Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints, including packaging, advertising, and digital presence.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
    • Coordinate cross-functional teams (e.g., Sales, Product, Supply Chain, Design) to implement marketing initiatives and new product launches seamlessly.
    • Track project progress, budget, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective communication across all stakeholders involved in brand activities.
  • Consumer & Market Insights:
    • Gather and analyze consumer insights and market data to inform brand strategies and identify growth opportunities.
    • Conduct market research to understand evolving consumer preferences, competitive dynamics, and industry trends.
    • Leverage insights to optimize brand performance and create campaigns that speak directly to the target audience.
