Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Asphalt Plant Crusher Manager to oversee the operations of our asphalt plant and crushing unit. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, plant management, and production optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the asphalt plant and crusher unit.
• Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality standards.
• Supervise and train plant personnel.
• Oversee maintenance and troubleshooting of plant equipment.
• Implement safety and environmental regulations.
• Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for raw materials and equipment.
• Prepare reports on production, maintenance, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

• BSc in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of experience in asphalt plant/crusher operations.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of plant maintenance and safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
