To lead, motivate, coach, and monitor an Area Sales Team, Key Distributors, Distribution Partners of Distributors and their crew. Manage the sales team/s to execute the sales plans in a manner that delivers sustainable growth, sales volume, market share, and competitive advantage in order to deliver business goals and strategies.
As the Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and building strong relationships with our retail partners in your designated area. You’ll lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, implement marketing strategies, and identify new business opportunities. With your strategic mindset and customer-centric approach, you’ll play a key role in expanding our market share and maximizing revenue.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage industry
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate teams
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
- Having Afan Oromo Language skills is important
