Key Responsibilities
-
Plans and implements personal activities as per the directives given;
-
Prepares, examines, and analyzes accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards;

Computes taxes owed and prepares tax returns, ensuring compliance with payment, reporting, and other tax requirements;
-
Analyzes business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses or to provide advice;
-
Establishes tables of accounts and assign entries to proper accounts;
-
Prepares periodic reports by analyzing and comparing budgeted costs with actual costs;
-
Maintains record-keeping and accounting systems by making use of current computer technology;
-
Prepares monthly and year-end accounts and facilitates auditing services;
-
Participates in conducting survey operations to find solutions to business and financial problems;
-
Assists the other products and main office finance section; Section Head in processing payroll and other payments;
-
Keeps track of Other Products & Main Office Finance Section income and expenditure;
-
Collects and analyzes data necessary for the preparation of the annual budget;
-
Makes sure that all purchases are made according to the Company’s purchasing policies and procedures;
-
Helps the FMCG Finance Section Head by analyzing tax strategies and the assumptions underlying budget forecasts;
-
Prepares periodic reports daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly regarding the Other Products & Main Office Finance Section Head ;
-
Performs other tasks as assigned by Other Products & Main Office Finance Section Head.
Education:
-
BA in Accounting/Financial Management/Business/Business Administration/other related disciplines
Experience:
-
2 years of relevant work experience in a similar position
Skills & Knowledge:
-
Working knowledge of profit accounting standards
-
Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint application)
-
Experience with peach tree accounting software
-
Ability to present data and financial reports
