Finance Head

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking a Finance Head to provide accurate and data-based information on a company’s profitability, solvency, stability, and liquidity. You will research and analyze financial information to help companies make well-informed decisions, write reports, and monitor financial movements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Day to day Corporate Accounts 
• Consolidated Budget vs Actual & Cash Flow reporting for Opex/ Capex 
• Preparation of Reports & Analytics for key GL & expense heads 
• Preparation of Budget vs. actual analysis 
• Manage all Audits, JV Closing, reconciliation 
• Trial Balance Scrutiny & preparation of periodic financial statements 
• Monthly, Quarterly, Annual Accounts Preparation 
• Manage and close timely Statutory audit, Internal audit 
• Payments control & Accounts Payable Monitoring 
• Statutory Compliances – VAT, WHT PAYE, Employee and Labor Compliances. 
• Preparation of various MIS on weekly, monthly etc.
• Monthly Fixed Cost Budget Control 
• Analysis of expenses and GL balances 
• Controlling and reviewing JV cash flow, receivables, and payables 
• Controlling commercial contracts 
• Process implementation and control 
• Tracking of individual Projects/JVs/ Business/Capex

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED:

• The candidate must be a Chartered Accountant (CA)/ACCA/ CPA.
• The desired age range for applicants is between 25 – 35 years old.
• Post Qualification Experience of more than 7-10 years
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases, MS Office, and financial software applications preferably ODOO and Microsoft Dynamic Business Central.
• Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and statistical packages.
• Outstanding presentation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Proven financial forecasting and diagnosis knowledge, corporate finance, and information analysis.
• Well-informed in current financial subjects, accounting, tax laws, money market, and business environments.
