Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Develop and implement the Financial Strategy for the company that align with the company’s overall business, strategic goals and objectives.

• Lead the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling, provide insights and recommendations to drive financial performance and growth.

• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with Accounting standards and regulations, prepare financial statements, reports and present for Company & Corporate management including external stakeholders.

• Manage and optimize cash flow, including cash flow forecasting, working capital management, and liquidity planning 

• Develop and implement risk management strategies to protect the financial well-being of the company, Identify and mitigate financial risks, such as currency fluctuation, interest rate changes, and credit risks. 

• Follow up financial operations including Account Payables, Accounts Receivables, Payroll, and Procurements. Ensure efficient and effective financial process and controls to be in place.

• Ensure compliance with Tax Regulations, Financial reporting requirements, and other applicable laws and regulations. Collaborate with Internal and External Auditors to ensure successful Audits.

• Evaluate, Implement and Maintain financial systems and technology solutions to enhance financial reporting, analysis and efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as senior management, department heads, and cross- functional teams to provide financial insights and support decisions-making. Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders such as Banks, Auditors and regulatory Authorities.

• Lead and manage a team of Finance at all sales points with appropriate framework, technical guidance, coaching, resolving sales machine related issues, performance feedback. Optimize sales performance and customer satisfaction. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the finance team.

• Consolidation, review and analysis of monthly/quarterly/annual financial data, including the analysis of variances and identification of unusual items to determine GAAP and company policies

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Finance Leader such as a Finance Manager or Finance Director, preferably in the Food Industry.

• Strong Knowledge of Financial Principles, practices, regulations. In depth understanding of Accounting standards and financial reporting requirements.

•  Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Ability to analyze complex financial date, cost build up and analysis, identify trends, and provide strategic recommendations.

• Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting and analysis. Professional in financial management software and ERP system.

• Strong leaderships and management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate a team, drive performance, and foster a collaborative work environment.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability effectively communicate financial information to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

• Attention to details and accuracy. Strong organizational and time management skills

• Proactive and result –oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• degree in Finance, Accounting, or Related Field. MBA or Professional Certifications such as CPA or CFA are preferred.
