Sales Person

Company: Yousira Pharma PLC , YHY Medical Sister Company

Location: Around St Paul Hospital,Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Position Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell pharmaceutical products to healthcare providers, pharmacies, and other clients.
• Prepare and submit bids and proforma invoices for potential clients and tenders.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s growth in the wholesale pharmaceutical sector.
• Provide product information and training to clients as needed.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements related to pharmaceutical sales and distribution.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical products and the healthcare industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to prepare and manage bids and proforma invoices effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer applications, including MS Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Sales-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.
• Knowledge of retail pharmacy operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (BPharm).
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Prior exposure to bid preparation, proforma invoicing, and retail pharmacy operations is preferred.

Experience: One year and above
