Duties and Responsibilities: 

• Designing delicious and attractive menus and continuously making improvements.

• Forecasting, planning, ordering the central store as well as sourcing supplies for the burger House.

• Building positive relationships with all vendors. 

• Adhering to the food and supplies budget so as to determine appropriate price. 

• Managing daily supplies of variety of fast food and juices.

• Following food and safety regulations.

• Maintaining positive customer relationships, processing complaints, and responding to customer needs.

• Assisting with marketing events.

• Creating and enforcing fast food Restaurant policies, targets and KPIs.

• Hiring, training, and managing restaurant’s staff.

• Developing and implementing strategies to meet revenue goals and increase profitability.

• Scheduling staff and managing labor costs.

• Ensuring that food, juices and other offerings meet or exceed guest expectations.

• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and sanitation in all areas.

• Developing and implementing policies and procedures for the fast food restaurant

• Ensuring that all regulatory requirements related to Fast Food and Juice service are met.

• Analyzing sales trends and adjusting offerings as needed.

• Ensuring that all equipment in the restaurants and sales points are properly maintained and serviced.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in the hospitality industry with emphases on fast food restaurants.

• Hotel operation level – 4 and related professions.

• In-depth knowledge of the food industry.

• Strong working knowledge of related computer software, including restaurant management software.

• Ability to adhere to budgets and meet financial targets.

• Exceptional organizational, leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to forecast daily sales and customers expectation

• Excellent customer service skills.

• Great delegation skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong financial management skills.

• Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

• Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Culinary or food service management degree may be advantageous.
