Job Overview: The Project Manager is the responsible for projects from initiation to close, making sure the work gets done efficiently and satisfactorily. He/she is entitled to develop detailed project plans, coordinate people and processes, ensuring resource availability in allocation and delivering every project on time within the scope of the budget.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget; 
  • Ensures resource availability and allocation for the planned project; 
  • Measures the project performance and employees’ performance using appropriate systems and techniques; 
  • Reports and escalates to management of related projects as needed; 
  • Manages the human resources and employees involved in the project; 
  • Performs risk management to minimize project risks with the office engineer in accordance to the schedule; 
  • Creates and maintains comprehensive project documentation; 
  • Supervises and visits the held projects daily and weekly in line with the report
  • Requesting the Human Resource administration; 
  • Reports the compliance of the employees hired under the project to the HR manager;
  • Communicates to other third party about the project held and planned project; 
  • Plans and develops the project idea with respect to setting and managing the client expectation defining the scope of the project, understanding the project risks and assigning team member to maintain specific tasks; 
  • Being accountable for every aspect of the project through guiding, training, coaching and managing the team to set them up for the success of the project as well as the company; 
  • Manages the money or budget in-line with the finance manager to avoid excessive spending; 
  • Evaluates the performance of the project’s efficiency and effectiveness; and
  • Performs all activities ordered by the Operation Manager.  

 Qualifications:

  • BA degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or other related fields.
  • At least 7 years of relevant work experience in related fields.
  • Accountability and transparency 
  • Good time and stress management.
  • Good skill of budget management, creativity, delegation, problem solving, strategic thinking. 
  • Clear communication, strong organizational skill, ability to timely decision, excellent client-facing and internal communicational skill.
