Manufacturing Development Specialist

Currently, it has an External vacancy for the role of Manufacturing Development Specialist and is looking for passionate, capable, and competent candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus. The incumbent will report directly to the Manufacturing Manager and will be responsible for effective planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of Manufacturing Way and other change management initiatives, as well as to provide support to operational teams through the identification, development, coordination, and/or implementation of improvement initiatives in support of the Business Strategy.

First Degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field of studies with a minimum of 5 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
