We are a new, innovative company specializing in importing fresh Norwegian salmon to Ethiopia, bringing premium seafood products to the Ethiopian market. We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join our team and lead our marketing initiatives

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, results-driven Marketing Manager to develop and execute marketing strategies for our premium seafood products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both traditional and digital marketing, with established connections in the hospitality and restaurant industry.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies
• Build and maintain relationships with key players in the hospitality industry
• Manage digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
• Organize promotional events and product demonstrations
• Create engaging content for multiple channels
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Manage marketing budget and analyze ROI

Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Required Qualifications :

• Proven experience in marketing management
• Strong network within the hospitality, catering, and restaurant industries
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing platforms
• Outstanding presentation and communication skills
• Result-oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities
• Fluent in English (additional local languages are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications :

• Passion for culinary arts and cooking
• Experience in food industry marketing
• Understanding of premium product marketing
• Knowledge of seafood products and market
