Duties and Responsibilities

• Negotiates contracts

• Nurturing client relationships

• Developing business strategies

• Assessing risk

• Conducting market research

• Guiding the commercial staff

• Preparing budgets

• Financial management of projects

• Managing business risks

• Negotiating with customers, suppliers and manufacturers

• Resolving contractual and commercial problems

• Analyzing market performance for future growth

• Focus on strategies to accelerate growth

• Identifies potential markets

• Managing daily operations

• Monitoring the performance of projects

• Finalizing tender documents.

Job Requirements

• B.A. Degree in Mechanical engineering, or related fields.

• Minimum of 6 Years of work experience in Commercial Manager & Marketing & Sales Manager and Tender Manager on Metallurgy/Metal Industry.

Required Skills:

• High proficiency in Windows and MS Office environment.

• Monitors daily tenders published in 2 Merkato.com, Ethiopia Herald, Reporter, Addis Zemen.

• Sufficient experience in writing and responding to customer via email.
