Finance Manager – Hospitality Industry

Kuriftu Africa Village is thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new African village resort near Ashew Meda. We are currently seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the hotel’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Manage cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll processing.
• Develop and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and improve efficiency.
• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Coordinate with department heads to manage financial planning and cost control initiatives.

Location: Addis Ababa  (Ashewa meda, Asko,Betel,keraniyo  )       

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or ACCA certification preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance, with at least 2 years in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of financial systems, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
