Senior Accountant – Hospitality Industry

Kuriftu Africa Village is thrilled to announce the opening of a brand-new African village resort near Ashew Meda. We are currently seeking passionate and talented individuals to join our team in the following positions:

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records, including general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Monitor revenue, expenses, and budgets to identify discrepancies and recommend solutions.
• Assist with the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Process payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable efficiently and accurately.
• Ensure compliance with tax laws and assist in tax planning and filing.
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and analysis.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software and strong MS Excel skills.
• Excellent knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles (IFRS).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
