Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for an Head of Business Development on behalf of a Private

company.

The Head of Business Development supports organizational growth by giving focuses on identifying and developing strategic opportunities, fostering client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to align business activities with organizational objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identifies new market opportunities and growth areas.
  • Builds partnerships and negotiates deals.
  • Guides the team in strategic BD initiatives.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, sales or related field.
  • 4 years experience
  • Strong analytical and planning skills, with the ability to execute under supervision.
  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Experience in conducting market research and generating reports.
  • Skilled in relationship building and maintaining client partnerships.
