About Deborah FoundationÂ
Established in 2019, Deborah Foundation is a registered non-profit organization with a mission to improve the lives of children with Down Syndrome and other intellectual disabilities through support in the areas of Health, Education and Policy Advocacy.
Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Behavioral Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of behavioral therapy techniques and a passion for helping clients achieve their personal goals.
Responsibilities includes but not limited to:Â

Conduct assessments to identify clients’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans.Â

Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and therapeutic techniques.Â

Monitor and document clients’ progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.Â

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, families, and caregivers to support clients’ treatment.Â

Provide education and support to clients and their families about behavioral health issues and treatment options.Â

Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines in all interactions

Fixed term contract
Salary – Net salary ETB 17,000
Qualifications:Â

Educational background in Behavioral Therapy
-
Valid license to practice as a Behavioral TherapistÂ
-
Experience in behavioral therapy or a related field preferred.Â

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Â

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Â
