Job Summary:
The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources practices and processes. They ensure the company attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive work environment. Key responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance with labor laws, and HR policy development.Â
Key Responsibilities
- Â Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and hiring.Â
- Develop onboarding programs to ensure smooth integration of new employees.Â
- Act as a liaison between management and employees to resolve conflicts and improve engagement.Â
- Conduct employee satisfaction surveys and implement improvement strategies.Â
- Oversee performance appraisal systems and provide guidance on career development.Â
- Assist managers in setting performance goals and addressing underperformance.Â
- Administer payroll, bonuses, and employee benefits programs.Â
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure competitive compensation structures.Â
- Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs.Â
- Promote leadership development and succession planning.Â
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.Â
- Update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed.Â
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.Â
- Handle disciplinary actions, terminations, and exit interviews.Â
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.Â
- Organize employee engagement activities and wellness programs.Â
HR Manager Qualifications & SkillsÂ
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Â
- Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, CIPD) is a plus.Â
- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.Â
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and employment regulationsÂ
