Job Summary:

The Marketing officer is responsible for researching and developing marketing opportunities and planning and implementing sales plans. Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales. 

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Develops systems and procedures that enhance the sales performance of the company;  

• Identifies opportunities in the market to increase sales volume through new marketing strategies or product offerings;

• Presents offers to buyers to facilitate negotiation of price and terms of sale;

• Reviews market conditions and identifying trends that could impact prices or interest in a particular company 

• Meets regularly with clients to discuss their needs and concerns in order to identify new opportunities for sales growth;

• Develops, manages and coordinates all marketing strategies, and sales activities of the company; 

• plans, organizes and directs the marketing and sales activities and to identifies market opportunities;

• Formulates short- and long-term marketing plan; 

• Plans, organizes, executes and manages events including tradeshows, customer and partner events, industry events, training sessions; 

• Participates actively in promotional activities; 

• Explores constantly and recommends uses and optimize promotion methods, and technologies to engage with various audiences;

• Conducts regular reviews of the brand and customer satisfaction on continuous basis;

• Conducts periodical market research;
• Ensures that sales is recorded, compiled &analyzed for future plan;

• Proven Experience as marketing officer or similar role

• Solid knowledge of marketing techniques and principle

• Good understanding of marketing research techniques and data analysis Method

• Excellent knowledge of MS office & Marketing software (CRM)

• Understanding of social media & Web analysis 

• Good organization & Multi task skill

• Good interpersonal skill

• Creativity & Commercial awareness 

  Qualification

• BA in Marketing Management, Business Administration or relevant field with 2 years’ experience as Marketing officer
