Technical Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Head for our coffee farm, responsible for overseeing technical operations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in auto mechanics and related fields, with a focus on ensuring the efficiency and reliability of our equipment and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the maintenance and repair of all farm machinery and equipment.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with farm management to identify technical needs and improve operational efficiency.
• Conduct field assessments to ensure equipment is functioning optimally.
• Train and mentor staff on technical procedures and safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Auto Mechanics, Agricultural Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in agriculture or machinery maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to perform occasional fieldwork as needed.
