Role Summary: Ensures the smooth running of daily office operations and coordinates administrative support across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee office supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
- Support scheduling, meetings, and internal communications.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe office environment.
- Assist with logistical coordination for staff and field activities.
- Maintain office asset records and administrative reports.
- BA Degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in office management or administration.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Proficient in MS Office and office coordination tools.
