Job Description:

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Highway Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, design, construction, and maintenance of highway projects. This position requires strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct traffic studies and analyze data to support project planning.
• Design highway layouts, including geometric design and pavement structures.
• Prepare engineering reports, specifications, and cost estimates.
 Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project life cycle.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform site inspections and oversee construction activities to ensure quality standards are met.
• Develop maintenance plans for existing highway infrastructure.
• Implement safety measures and conduct safety analyses.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

• Professional Engineer (PE) license is preferred or must be obtained within 3 years.
   
•  4 years of experience in highway engineering specifically concrete road(rigid pavement) construction.
   
•  Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D, GIS,SAP,MS PROJECT AND ETABS).
   
•  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
   
•  Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with project management software.
   
•  Knowledge of environmental regulations and impact assessments.
   
•  Familiarity with sustainable design practices.
