1. Project Overview:

Scope of Work:

The selected consultancy firm will be responsible for the following supervisory tasks:

1. Construction Supervision:

• Oversee daily construction activities to ensure compliance with design specifications and quality standards.

• Ensure that all work is completed safely and efficiently.

2. Quality Control:

• Implement quality assurance procedures throughout the construction process.

• Conduct regular inspections and tests on materials and workmanship.

3. Progress Monitoring:

• Monitor project timelines and report on progress to ensure milestones are met.

• Identify potential delays or issues and recommend corrective actions.

4. Reporting:

• Provide regular progress reports to *Insert Company Name+ and relevant stakeholders.

• Document any changes in project scope or design.

5. Stakeholder Communication:

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the contractor and *Insert Company Name].

• Facilitate communication with local authorities and community stakeholders as needed

•  Proven experience in supervising concrete road(ridged pavement) construction projects.
   
•  Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and construction practices.
   
•  Familiarity with local regulations and safety standards.
   
•  Excellent communication and leadership skills.
