We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced “Human Capital Administration and facility Unit Head ”to lead and enhance our Human capital and Facility Unit.
Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced “Human Capital Administration and facility Unit Head” to  oversee the full spectrum of HR operations—including talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, policy development, and strategic workforce planning. This role requires a strong leader with a solid understanding of Ethiopian labor laws, proven experience in team development, and the ability to align HR strategies with organizational goals in a rapidly evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring the selection of high-performing and culturally aligned candidates.

Design and implement performance management systems, including KPIs and improvement plans.

Establish and promote a strong Organizational culture to boost employee engagement and accountability.

Manage and continuously improve core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training & development, and retention.

Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures in alignment with local labor laws and best practices.

Collaborate with executive leadership to align HR strategies with company goals and growth plans.

Analyze and update workforce data to support decision-making in talent planning, compensation, and organizational structure.

Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance culture throughout the company.

Design and ensure the proper implementation of facility provision

Following the liaising of the company with different stake holders of the companyÂ
Qualifications:
-
Masters/ Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, Leadership or related field with 6/8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership roleÂ

Proven experience in performance management, recruitment, and team development.

Strong understanding of Ethiopian labor laws and HR compliance practices.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Experience in implementing modern HR tools and systems.
