Job Summary:
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and sales of NOVUS-manufactured products. This key role will drive revenue growth by developing and executing effective go-to-market strategies, managing sales pipelines, and building strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with strong leadership skills to deliver sustained business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Marketing Strategy

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans tailored for NOVUS products.
  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to expand the business footprint.
  • Lead business development initiatives targeting both B2B and B2C customer segments.

Customer & Account Management

  • Manage sales pipelines and negotiate contracts to close key accounts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and partners.

Brand & Campaign Management

  • Oversee branding efforts, promotional events, and digital marketing campaigns to enhance product visibility.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to align campaigns with business goals and market trends.

Team Leadership & Coordination

  • Supervise and motivate sales teams to achieve targets and deliver excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate closely with production and supply chain teams to ensure accurate inventory and demand forecasting.

Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare regular sales and marketing performance reports for senior management.

Candidate Profile

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of progressive experience in sales or marketing roles, preferably within manufacturing or FMCG industries.
