Heal Venture Medical and Surgical Center is seeking a dedicated qualified and motivated candidates for the following positions to  support our healthcare team.

1. Senior Sales Representative

Location: Addis Ababa

Salary: Negotiable  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead outdoor sales strategies focused on promoting hospital services to corporate clients and institutions.
• Identify and approach potential clients such as companies, embassies, NGOs, and other organizations for partnership and service contracts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, HR departments, and decision-makers.
• Lead negotiations and close deals for health packages, check-ups, and medical service contracts.
• Collaborate with the marketing and operations team to tailor service offerings for corporate needs.
• Mentor and oversee junior sales staff in corporate outreach initiatives.
• Provide regular reports on market activity, client feedback, and sales performance.

Qualification: BA Degree in Marketing

Experience: Minimum of 4 years in service sales. 

Having Experience in hospital or healthcare service sales has an advantage.
