About the job

This full-time role needs hands on experience in day โ€“to- day Procurement/Purchasing activities and play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient acquisition of goods and services necessary for overall our company operations.

Key responsibilities including: –

  • Identifying and researching suppliers to find the best deals.

  • Negotiating terms such as price, quality, deadlines, and expectations.

  • Liaising with suppliers and Procurement Department Manager of the company.

  • Creating and managing purchase orders to align with supply requests.

  • Analyzing invoices to verify the accuracy of delivered goods.

  • Monitoring inventory to maintain a positive flow of goods.

  • Ensuring timely delivery and satisfactory quality of products.

  • Evaluating vendor performance to make informed decisions about future purchases.

  • Managing contractual obligations to benefit the company.

  • Collaborating with the Purchasing and other team to understand procurement needs.

  • Preparing reports on purchases, including cost analysis.

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Supplies Chain Management, Procurement, Accounting & Finance, Or Related fields.

  • Minimum of 4 yearsโ€™ experience.

  • Basic knowledge of Procurement and Purchasing practices.

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.

  • Good communication and organizational skills.

  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a dynamic team.
