Job Summary:
We seek a results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. You’ll promote our tech-enabled logistics to B2B clients while crafting data-backed marketing strategies. Â
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Business Development:
- Identify and onboard new clientsÂ
 - Pitch tech-driven solutions like dynamic pricing, real-time tracking APIs, and automated dispatch systems. Â
2. Revenue Growth:
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic partnerships. Â
- Negotiate contracts with clients and third-party logistics (3PL) providers. Â
3. Client Management:
- Maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high retention and upselling opportunities. Â
Marketing:
1. Digital Marketing: Â
- Run campaigns (SEO, LinkedIn, Google Ads) targeting logistics decision-makers. Â
 - Create content (blogs, case studies) highlighting tech advantagesÂ
2. Branding & Outreach:
- Represent the company at industry events/webinars. Â
 - Collaborate with the tech team to showcase product features Â
3. Data-Driven Strategies:
- Analyze market trends and competitor tech offerings to refine positioning. Â

Job Type: Full-time
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field. Â
- Experience: zero to 2 years in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in logistics
- Familiarity with logistics tech (e.g., TMS, delivery apps) is a plus. Â
