β’ Provide administrative support to the office, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
β’ Maintain office filing and documentation systems, both physical and digital.
β’ Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff.
β’ Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
β’ Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
β’ Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
β’ Assist in organising office events and activities.
β’ Greet and assist visitors, clients, and employees.
β’ Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and data.
β’ Perform general clerical tasks, such as photocopying and data entry.
β’ Assist with other administrative tasks as needed.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent; Associateβs degree or relevant certification is a plus.
β’ Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
β’ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
β’ Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
β’ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
β’ Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
β’ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
