Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Operations Officer to oversee and optimize last-mile delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless coordination between technology platforms, field teams, and clients to guarantee timely, cost-effective, and efficient logistics services. 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operational Management:

   – Monitor and optimize daily last-mile delivery operations using technology tools 

   – Ensure adherence to SLAs (on-time delivery, customer satisfaction). 

   – Troubleshoot operational bottlenecks and propose tech-driven solutions. 

2. Team Coordination:

   – Supervise delivery personnel, drivers, and warehouse staff. 

3. Technology Utilization: 

   – Work closely with the tech team to improve logistics platforms 

   – Analyze operational data (delivery times, fuel costs, vehicle tracking) to drive efficiency. 

4. Customer & Partner Liaison:

   – Address client  complaints related to deliveries. 

   – Manage relationships with third-party vendors (fleets, local hubs). 

5. Compliance & Safety: 

   – Ensure compliance with transport regulations and company safety protocols. 

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field. 

• Experience: 2+ years in logistics operations, preferably in last-mile delivery or e-commerce. 

•  Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in logistics software (e.g., Fleetmatics, Onfleet), Excel, and GPS tools. 

• Soft Skills: Problem-solving, leadership, and communication
