Job Summary:
We seek a results-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. You’ll promote our tech-enabled logistics to B2B clients while crafting data-backed marketing strategies.Â
Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Business Development:
  – Identify and onboard new clientsÂ
  – Pitch tech-driven solutions like dynamic pricing, real-time tracking APIs, and automated dispatch systems.Â
2. Revenue Growth:
  – Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets through strategic partnerships.Â
  – Negotiate contracts with clients and third-party logistics (3PL) providers.Â
3. Client Management:
  – Maintain relationships with key accounts, ensuring high retention and upselling opportunities.Â
Marketing:
1. Digital Marketing:Â
  – Run campaigns (SEO, LinkedIn, Google Ads) targeting logistics decision-makers.Â
  – Create content (blogs, case studies) highlighting tech advantagesÂ
2. Branding & Outreach:
  – Represent the company at industry events/webinars.Â
  – Collaborate with the tech team to showcase product featuresÂ
3. Data-Driven Strategies:
  – Analyze market trends and competitor tech offerings to refine positioning.Â

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.Â

Experience: zero to 2 years in B2B sales/marketing, preferably in logistics

  Familiarity with logistics tech (e.g., TMS, delivery apps) is a plus.Â
