Your Impact

• ✨ Own End-to-End Product Design: Lead the full design lifecycle for 2 flagship products (from concept to launch) and reimagine 1 core platform used by 500+ companies.
• ? Solve Real-World Challenges: Turn complex HR workflows into intuitive, visually stunning experiences for web and mobile—empowering businesses to hire smarter and candidates to thrive.
• ? Drive Human-Centered Innovation: Conduct user research with African businesses and job seekers, uncovering insights that shape products impacting millions.
• ? Collaborate Globally: Partner with engineers, PMs, and HR experts across Ethiopia and the AJN network to bridge design vision with technical execution.

We’re Looking For

• A portfolio showcasing your ability to simplify complexity (bonus points for HR tech, SaaS, or data-driven products).
• Mastery of Figma and Adobe Suite—you make pixels dance, but always with purpose.
• 3-4+ years of experience designing digital products that shipped and scaled.
• A systems thinker who thrives in ambiguity and turns user pain points into elegant solutions.
• Passion for Africa’s growth story and a curiosity about the future of work.
