JOB DESCRIPTION
Ethio Impact Consulting Plc is looking for a Finance And Admin Manager on behalf of a Private Company.
Is responsible for both financial operations and administrative functions within an organization. This role ensures financial stability, regulatory compliance, and efficient office management.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
● Develop financial plans, monitor budgets, and analyze financial trends.
● Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and management reports.
● Monitor income and expenses, and ensure sufficient liquidity.
● Ensure adherence to tax laws, financial regulations, and audit requirements.
● Oversee salary processing, deductions, and employee benefits administration.
● Implement strategies to reduce expenses and improve financial efficiency.
● Supervise office procedures, records management, and procurement.
● Manage recruitment, onboarding, and workplace policies.
● Negotiate and oversee supplier contracts and service agreements.
● Ensure smooth operation of IT systems, office maintenance, and security.
● Ensure legal and corporate policies are followed.
REQUIREMENT
●BA in Accounting and Finance and related fields.
●10 years direct experience as finance and admin manager.
● Strong financial acumen (accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis)
● Leadership and team management skills.
● Knowledge of financial software (SAP, Peachtree accounting, IFRS)
● Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
● Understanding of tax laws and corporate compliance.
● Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
