Finance Head

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee all financial operations at the Shashemene branch.

• Prepare and manage the branch budget.

• Ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

• Implement and maintain internal controls.

• Monitor the effective implementation of CNET system

• Manage cash flow and banking relationships.

• Supervise and mentor branch finance staff.

• Collaborate with the head office finance team.

• Masters or at least Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 7 years of experience in an accounting role at hospitality industry and a 2 years’ experience as manager, team leader or supervisor.

• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.

• Experience working with hospitality accounting software’s preferably CNET

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in Peachtree accounting software.   

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Experience: 7 years

• Salary: Based on the organization scale 

• Location: Shashemene, Oromia, Ethiopia
