• Negotiate deals: Negotiate the best terms for buyers and sellers
• Analyze properties: Estimate property values using comparative market analysis
•  Build networks: Develop relationships with contractors, mortgage lenders, and attorneys 
• Stay informed: Stay up to date on market trends, real estate best
