National Premix Construction Plc. would like to hire qualified applicants on the following     post through an open competition.

Site coordinators is a plant representative at site and Coordinate delivery or ready-mix concrete on site and pouring status.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates delivery of ready-mix concrete on site with proper documentation

  • Check volume and specification of concrete and inspect job site access of mixer trucks.

  • Plant representative at site

  • Provide support at site (coordinate status and unloading of concrete)

  • Prepare sample at site / slump at site.

  • Monitor pouring status.

  • Provide status updates and reports issues during the activity to Batching Plant Manager

  • Comply with the Health and Safety Program of the company/site

  • Follow company quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.

  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

PERSONS SPECIFICATIONS 

A. Education:

  • BSc Degree in Civil Engineering or in a related field study with two years above in construction and batching plant related work experience.

B. Knowledge, Skills, Competence:

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to fully understand customers’ requirements.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 

  • Ability to conduct quality assurance and quality control testing analysis. With knowledge of various ready-mix concrete activities or equivalent combination of education and experience
